Housing Boost for Newton-le-Willows

Newton-le-Willows will see the development of 142 new houses after St Helens Council gave the green light for the new development. Regeneration masterplan to target deprived Wigan council estate

Landscape architect and masterplanner Gillespies has presented a regeneration masterplan for the Worsley Mesnes estate in Wigan, which is set for a multi-million pound transformation, one of the biggest overhauls in the area since the 1980’s.
